Home Link (链家) started on November 12, 2001 as "链家・宝业". We opened our first store in Beijing and have grown to more than 8,000 stores in Shanghai, Guangzhou and 32 other districts across China. HomeLink is actively developing not only domestic business but also overseas business. In March 2015, we established our Overseas Division in Beijing and now handle real estate in 11 countries, including the United States, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand. We have also established overseas offices in cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, New York, Seattle, Houston, San Francisco, and Melbourne. Based on our experience in closing previous contracts, HomeLink provides customers with one-stop services such as selecting properties that meet their budgets and needs, mediating bank loans and legal and tax services, arranging on-site visits, and managing real estate leases.
